Cancellation Policy

Card on File, Deposit, and Fee Authorization A card on file is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A booking deposit may be required depending on the service scheduled and will be applied toward the total service price. By booking an appointment, you authorize Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC to charge the card on file for the deposit, as well as any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with our policy. Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor the time set aside and provide the best care for all clients, the following policies apply: Cancellation Notice Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client in need of services. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 75% charge of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled with less than one hours' notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the schedule service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require a deposit to reserve. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full-service fees will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve certain appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total and may be transferred once if rescheduled with proper notice. Refund Policy No Refunds on Services Rendered Refunds are not provided for completed services. Time, products, and professional expertise are reserved specifically for each appointment. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred one time if rescheduled with proper notice according to the cancellation policy. Right to Refuse Refund Requests: Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these policies. Thank you for respecting these policies.
