Card on File, Deposit, and Fee Authorization
A valid card on file is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Depending on the service, a booking deposit may also be required and will be applied toward the total service cost. By booking an appointment, you authorize Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC to charge the card on file for the deposit, as well as any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with our policies.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect your time and provide consistent care for all clients, the following policies apply:
Cancellation Notice
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 75% charge of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled with less than one hours' notice will be subject to a 100% charge of the schedule service.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments may require a deposit to reserve your slot.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may require a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. Full service fees still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost. Deposits may be transferred once if you reschedule with proper notice, according to the cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
No Refunds on Services Rendered. Due to the nature of nail care services, refunds are not provided for completed services. Each appointment reserves time, products, and professional expertise specifically for you.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred once if rescheduled with proper notice.
Right to Refuse Refund Requests – Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these policies.
