Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. Appointments, Card on File & Deposits • A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. • By booking, you authorize Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC to charge the card on file for deposits, cancellation fees, and no-show charges in accordance with this policy. • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all services and will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. • Deposits may be transferred one time only if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service cost. • Cancellations made with less than 1 hour’s notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • If a deposit has been paid, it will be applied toward the cancellation fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. No-Shows • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Any deposit paid will be applied toward this charge, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. • Future appointments may require a prepayment to book. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or may be considered a missed appointment. • Full service fees still apply. Refund Policy • All services are non-refundable. • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances but are applied toward the service for which they were originally booked. • If you have concerns about your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may review and address the issue at our discretion. Health, Safety & Personal Belongings • Clients who are ill or have contagious conditions must reschedule their appointment. • Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. • Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Right to Refuse Service or Refund Requests • Compassionate Nail Care Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service or refund requests that do not comply with these policies.
